Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner wants release of the petition mentioned vehicle.
3.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case Crime No.178 of 2020 has been registered by the fourth respondent and the vehicle has also been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, vide R.P.R.No.75 of 2020. W.P.(MD)No.7949 of 2020 necessarily move the jurisdictional Court for release of his vehicle.
4.Giving liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. "(*)4(a)The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will move the jurisdictional Court immediately. The jurisdictional Court is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application for grant of interim custody on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
