2.The petitioner seeks restoration of her property. The petitioner is permitted to move the respondent by filing an application in a proper format. As and when it is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. All the interested persons must be put on notice before passing order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
