Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to cancel the patta issued arbitrary in favour of the 3rd respondent and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner, who is the absolute owner of the subject property. ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 15.07.2019 made in W.P.(MD) No.4377 of 2019.
