O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to survey the property of the petitioner in S.No.509 to the extent of 1.91 cents in Kalathur Village in Srivilliputhur Taluk in Virudhunagar District with reference to the patta and the field Map and demarcate the four boundaries by planting survey stones.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is

issued the first respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
