O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent police to execute the pending warrants issued by the President, District Consumers Redressal Forum in E.A.No.26 of 2012 dated 18.09.2024 as against the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2025 and the same is under consideration. They will consider the same and act in accordance with Page No. 2 of 4

law within fifteen days.

3. Considering limited prayer sought for in the petition, this Court recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2025 and act in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
