ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.09 of 2019 dated 23.01.2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC on the file of the first respondent as illegal.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.09 of 2019 has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3501 of 2019 completed and final report also filed, which has been taken cognizance in STC.No.569 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri.
3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
