ORDER

The second defendant in O.S.No.243 of 2021, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, has filed the present revision petition, seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.A perusal of the "B" diary extract reveals that the suit is posted for framing of issues from 05.02.2022 onwards. Thereafter, due to pendency of I.A.No.738 of 2022, the issues were not framed. 3.Now, According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, I.A.No.738 of 2022, has been allowed and issues have been framed and posted for trial. Hence, he seeks disposal of the suit. 4.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025.

5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
