PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records and to quash the order passed in Na.Ka.No.Ni.Aa/20202021/U.Po, dated 10.07.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent pertaining to the 20th receiver and to direct the respondents not to proceed in demolishing the building, till the corona epidemic. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the order passed in Na.Ka.No.Ni.Aa/2020-2021/U.Po, dated 10.07.2020 by the 3rd respondent and to direct the respondents not to proceed in demolishing the building.

W.P.(MD)No.7934 of 2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.Ni.Aa/20202021/U.Po. dated 06.08.2020, wherein, it had been stated that the impugned order dated 10.07.2020 has been withdrawn by the department, due to the complete lockdown on account of the COVID-19 pandemic and that therefore, he would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.By recording such submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the 3rd respondent to issue fresh notice to seek his remedy to the petitioner, as and when required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
