High Court's Order dated 12/11/2021 in CRL OP(MD). No.3507 of 2019 -------------------------------- The Hon'ble High Court, while hearing the CRL OP(MD). No.3507 of 2019 has passed an order as below:This petition is filed seeking quashment of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.3331 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, dated 13.02.2019 and consequently direct the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur to transfer the case in STC.No.144 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Fast Track, Magistrate level, Pattukottai to any other Magistrate in Thanjavur. 2.The matter is of the year 2017, a report was also called for from the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track, Magistrate level, Pattukottai, as to the stage of STC.No.144 of 2017.

3.The main allegation against the trial Judge is that he made an excessive interference in the trial process.

4. A report be called for from the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track, Magistrate level, Pattukottai. The report may be indicate the name of the Officer, who was conducting the proceedings, at that point and the present Officer.

5.List the matter for dismissal on 29.11.2021, after receiving the report.
