ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey in respect of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.128/4 measuring 0.24.0 Hectare (59 Cents) situated at Kunnuvarayan Kottai Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, and further direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey.
2. The fourth respondent is objecting to the proposed survey, claiming rights over the said property. However, the petitioner claims title through a registered sale deed and is in possession of the property. Admittedly, no civil suit has been filed by the fourth respondent to establish his rights. When the petitioner is having a registered sale deed, he is entitled to the property. If the fourth respondent is aggrieved, he is at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court to establish his rights. Until then, he cannot dispute the petitioner's title or interfere with his peaceful possession.

3. Therefore, the first respondent / Tahsildar, with the assistance of the second respondent, is directed to survey and demarcate the property. If the first respondent requires police protection, the third respondent shall provide the same. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
