Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned suspension order dated 29.06.2020 under Reference NIL on the file of the third respondent and subsequently quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the third respondent to make proposal for the claim of the salary arrears for the month of March and April 2020 and also the salary for the subsequent months as from June, 2020 to the following months till the petitioner's retirement on 31.05.2021 forthwith.
