ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner is not sure about the grievance except stating that the third respondent panchayat is not attending the affairs of the village. No material is placed to substantiate the same. Mere representation would not suffice. We find no cause to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to give proper representation with materials to substantiate such allegation to the District Collector who shall consider the same on its own merit and in accordance with law, if there is any substance in the allegation. 2.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
