ORDER

The petitioner is arrayed as A-12 in C.C.No.381 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul. The Court below has framed charges against the petitioner for offence under Sections 147, 148, 506(ii) r/w Section 149 of IPC. 2.The defacto complainant and the petitioner have decided to settle the dispute amicably and resolve their differences. An affidavit and Joint Memo have been filed, which are signed by the petitioner and the second respondent and their respective counsel, wherein it has been stated that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and the second respondent has no objection for quashing the charge sheet.

3.The parties were also present before the Court and they were identified by Mr.R.Palanisamy, SSI Police.

submitted that they have amicably settled the dispute. 5.Recording the Joint Memo of Compromise and also the statement made by the parties, this petition stands allowed and as a sequel, the proceedings in C.C.No.381 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul is quashed insofar as the petitioner/A-12 is concerned. The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- as costs, to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a photocopy of the receipt along with a memo reporting compliance in the Registry. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
