Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned order in Letter No.026794/549/Nivi3/U3/Ko.Va.Ve/13, dated 19.10.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the consequential order dated 20.03.2014 in Letter No.007363/91/NiPi3/U3/Ko.Varisuvelai/14 dated 20.03.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the respondents to provide employment under compassionate ground to the petitioner.
