O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take further action upon the petitioner's complaint in C.S.RNo.199 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025, within stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against one Pandiyarajan for cheating of money and the second respondent assigned C.S.R.No.199 of 2025, but did not take any further steps.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, they assigned C.S.R.No.199 of 2025 and the same is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry and take necessary action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the abovesaid submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of this order and take appropriate action in Page No. 2 of 4

accordance with law.

8. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
