ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner for the post of Record Clerk by considering his representation, dated 06.08.2015, he has filed the present Writ Petition.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondents with a fresh representation seeking appropriate relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the
respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that on filing fresh representation, the same will be considered on merits.
4.In view of the above this Court, without going into the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, enclosing all the required documents along with a copy of this order to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receiving such representation, the same shall be considered by the respondents and necessary orders be passed thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
