ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 28.04.2022 ,31.10.2022 and 29.03.2023 and requisition letter 1/3
submitted by the Principal District Munsif (FAC), Valliyoor in D.No.A1/15379/2023 dated 17.08.2023, seeking further extension of two months time for disposal of the case in O.S. No. 141 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Courtm Valliyoor, this Court made the following order: "The learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Principal District Judge (FAC), Thirunelveli sent a letter, dated 17.08.2023 requesting an extension of further time of two months to dispose of O.S.No.141 of 2015, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 28.04.2022.
2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 17.08.2023, this Court is inclined to extend for another two months time to dispose of O.S.No.141 of 2015. Accordingly, two months time is extended as prayed for, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of O.S.No.141 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor.
