PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to issue a direction to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.172 of 2018, on the file of Family Court, at Nagercoil, within a specified period of short time prescribed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.172 of 2018, on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of his petition for restitution of conjugal rights. 1/3
2.It is brought to the notice of the Court that the wife has filed H.M.O.P.No.213 of 2018, seeking divorce and both the matters are being heard together.
3.A perusal of the "B" diary extract reveals that the respondent wife has not appeared before the Court from August 2024, onwards and therefore, the revision petitioner herein is not able to make his submissions before the Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the Family Court, Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.172 of 2018 and H.M.O.P.No.213 of 2018, on or before 31.08.2025.
5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
