ORDER
The above writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2023 to grant a new FL-3 licence to the petitioner's O2-Residency, situated at Sevugampatti Town Panchayat, Batlagundu, Dindigul District, as per the second and third respondents letters dated 05.05.2021 and 23.04.2021 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has complied with all the requirement for the issue of FL-3 licence, despite which he has to date not been granted the same. He would submit that despite producing all the documents, the authorities have been delaying the issue of FL-3 licence by requesting documents and postponing the same on flimsy grounds. Therefore, left with no other alternative, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Considering the limited relief claimed, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2023 and pass orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as per due process of law. No costs.
