Crime No.151 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has illegally transported four bags of river sand in a two wheeler bearing Registration No.TN 50 R 0711. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the sole accused in this case. For the statistical purpose only, the present case has been falsely foisted as against this petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent strongly opposes for grant of bail and submits that the petitioner is having 29 previous cases pending as against him and one case is similar in nature. He has also produced the list of cases before this Court. 5.
