ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 23.09.2024.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Seeking approval for the building plan, the petitioner submitted an application to the second respondent on 30.07.2024. However, the second respondent has not taken any steps to grant approval. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent on 23.09.2024, requesting him to consider her request and to take immediate action. Since it has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4. Heard both sides.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application, dated 30.07.2024, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as all other

persons, who may be interested in the subject matter, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the second respondent to consider the same on its own merits.

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
