Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The Writ Petitioner belongs to Arundhathiyar community. She states that her husband Solainathan, died while carrying out manual scavenging. The petitioner states that in this regard, she was paid compensation of Rs.10 lakhs. However, according to the petitioner's counsel, the petitioner is entitled to few more reliefs and benefits as per SC/ST Act.

W.P.(MD)No.7943 of 2020 3.The petitioner had also enclosed the statutory provisions in the typed set of papers. The petitioner's given a representation dated 21.01.2020 in this regard. The third respondent is the competent authority to decide the issue.
4.I, therefore, direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law and disburse the benefits due to the petitioner.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
