Respondent PRAYER:This petition is filed under section 489(1)(b)Cr.P.C., to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.41 of 2016 dated 11.02.2016, passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichy and modify the condition imposed therein. For Petitioner : MR. T.SENTHIL KUMAR For Respondent : MR. K.V.Rajarajan,G.A,(Crl.Side) The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition seeking modification of the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, vide Order dated 11.02.2016, in Cr.M.P.No.41 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, enlarged the petitioner on bail on condition that original title deeds or Patta of the properties given as surety shall be produced for verification. Since the sureties do not have any title deeds, the petitioner is unable to produce those documents. However, the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) as cash surety.
4. Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, that "The original title deeds or the Patta of the properties given as surety shall be produced for verification" is hereby deleted and in its place the condition that "the petitioner is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) as cash surety" is hereby inserted.

As regards the other condition that "the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Fort All Women Police Station, daily at 06.00 p.m., till further orders" is hereby relaxed to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Fort All Women Police Station, as and when required for interrogation.
5. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above modifications.
