O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Andipatti to expedite the trial in O.S.No.176 of 2013 and dispose of the same within a time frame.

2. The petitioner would aver among other things that the suit in O.S.No.176 of 2013 was filed for permanent injunction and on 26.02.2014, the defendants 1 to 3 have filed written statement. From the year 2014, the suit is pending without any progress and therefore, the petitioners, who are the defendants 1 to 3, have come forward with this Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the suit.

3. Since this Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of the suit, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. On a perusal of diary extract, it is seen that the suit has been continuously posted for framing charges and without framing charges, the suit has been pending.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2013, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court below to dispose of the suit within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District Munsif, Andipatti, to dispose of O.S.No.176 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
