ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.168 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.He is said to have hit his wife with agricultural implement on the left side of the head. The defacto complainant is still in hospital.

4.This Court dismissed this Criminal Original Petition not on the ground that the defacto complainant is still in hospital, but https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ taking into account the nature of the act attributed by the

petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner will not be entitled to file a second anticipatory bail and renew the application on the ground that the wife discharged from the hospital.

4.With these observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
