O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the I.A.No.859 of 2016 in O.S.No.880 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Trichirpalli within the time prescribed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would aver among other things that the petitioner has filed I.A.No.859 of 2016 for rejection of plaint and though the said Interlocutory Application was filed in the year 2016, the same was pending for enquiry till today. According to the petitioner, the above said Interlocutory Application is adjourned without any reason. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the Interlocutory Application.

3. Since a direction for early disposal of the Interlocutory Application is passed, no notice is necessary to the respondent herein.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the Interlocutory Application is pending from the year 2016, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court below to dispose of the suit within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned I Additional District Munsif Court, Trichirpalli to dispose of I.A.No.859 of 2016 in O.S.No.880 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
