This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.21 of 2012 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or any other investigating agency.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is completed and final report was also filed and the same was taken cognizance in CC No.134 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai and it is posted to 03.12.2021 for appearance of the accused persons.
