(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the Lorries of the petitioner bearing registration No.TN 59 CC 7834, TN 59 CF 2365, TN 59 AL 9177.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent produced the orders of the learned Judicial Magistrate 2/4

No.II, Madurai, dated 11.10.2022, 11.10.2022 and 01.09.2022 and submitted that the aforesaid vehicles have already been released and handed over to the petitioner and therefore, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
