This petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.23 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor. 1/3

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of this petition, compromise has been arrived at between the parties. The said submission is recorded.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, if a compromise is arrived at between the parties, the trial Court shall hear the parties to that effect and record the said compromise and a decision shall be arrived at thereon. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
