This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the First Additional District Court, Tuticorin to dispose of the O.S.50 of 2014 pending on its file withi stipulate time and to pass such other further orders which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 11.12.2017, and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi vide the letter in D.No.364 / 2022 dated 07.04.2022, this Court made the following order:

The learned First Additional Distrct Judge, Thoothukudi sent a letter dated 07.04.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.S.No.50 of 2014 along with O.S.No.65 of 2016, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.12.2017.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 07.04.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.50 of 2014 along with O.S.No.65 of 2016.
