PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to permit the petitioner to enter the third respondent Society premises and to perform the duties as Vice President of the third respondent in pursuant to the election, dated 11.08.2018.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to permit the petitioner to enter into the society premises and perform her duties as Vice President of the third respondent Society.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Society itself was dissolved through the proceedings dated 13.07.2023 and Special Officer has been appointed to manage the affairs of the Society. 2/4

3. In view of the above development, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
