O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.03.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has given a complaint only on 13.03.2024 and after enquiry, it was found that there was a civil dispute between the parties and the same is closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the concerned Magistrate. On such application, the Magistrate is directed to ascertain whether the complaint makes out any criminal offence and verify as to whether it constitute an offence and if the Court satisfies, refer the matter under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
