This petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet in P.R.C.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Alangudi, Pudukottai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was acquitted by the Trial Court, on 06.03.2020. Hence, this petition became infrucutous.
