To cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted to the 1st respondent/1st accused by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Madurai vide order dated 11/12/2018 in Cr.M.P.No.6151 of 2018 and thus render justice. ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Prabu,Advocate for Mr.G.Mathavan, Advocate for the petitioner and of No appearance either in person or by an Advocate for R1, and Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Criminal side) for R2, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is the defacto complainant. The first respondent/accused is her husband. The accused is said to have stabbed her on face. Surgery was performed on the petitioner.

Even though she was in hospital, a false representation was made that she had been discharged. Recording the same, the Court below granted anticipatory bail to the accused. The same is under challenge in this criminal original petition. 2.The petitioner's counsel submitted that the first respondent/accused has been served and that the proof of service has also been filed. Registry is directed to verify the same and the print the name of the first respondent.

CRL OP(MD) No.3764 of 2019 3.Call on 09.09.2019. In the meanwhile, the second respondent is directed to file an affidavit setting out the circumstances in which, a representation came to be made that the victim was discharged from the hospital.
