ORDER
The petitioner has filed a complaint before the respondents with regard to a missing document, however, the respondents have not registered any complaint and therefore, she has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the complaint of the petitioner has already been closed. However, he submits that in any event, if the petitioner files a fresh complaint, the same would be considered as per the circular of the Director General of Police in Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint the same shall be considered by the respondents as per the circular of the Director General of Police in Rc.No. 2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of a fresh complaint.
