By consent, the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.In all the cases, the petitioners sought for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of their appeal petitions dated 30.03.2013, 11.08.2014 and 01.07.2014 respectively regarding payment of revised gratuity based on the revised scale of pay. It is stated that the above said appeals are still pending and not yet disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioners 30.03.2013, 11.08.2014 and 01.07.2014 respectively and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
