ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of impugned charge sheet in S.C.No.271 of 2016 dated 23/09/2015 on the file of the III Additional Sub-Court, Madurai, for the alleged offences U/s.147, 148, 294(b) and 323, 324, 307 of IPC. 2.Today, the matter has been listed under the caption 'for reporting compromise'. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial has been undertaken by the trial Court and the case has been ended in acquittal by Judgment dated 24.07.2019 by III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3787 of 2019 3.Since the case has been ended in acquittal, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration and directions and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
