The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 22.01.2016.
2. No representation for the petitioner on account of boycott.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
4. It is seen that the complaint, dated 22.01.2016, has been sent by post and therefore the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 22.01.2016, to the second respondent Police and on receipt of such complaint, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the same and take action in accordance with law.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
