ORDER

Mr.N.Thilak Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Government accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Though this Writ Petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner, by removing the wrong entries made in respect of the property in S.No.26/2, situated at Abhisekhapuram Village, Trichy District, on the basis of the on-line patta transfer application No.2021/0154/15/001204, the learned counsel for the petitioner in the course of his argument restricted the relief for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.04.2021.

W.P.(MD) No.9604 of 2021 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would state that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2021 would be disposed of within a time frame. 5.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.04.2021, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
