This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 3.Recording the said submission, this petition is closed.
