ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.399 of 2016 pending on his file and to file the final report. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed as "mistake of fact". The copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court. He further submitted that the said report will be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court at the earliest. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the above said fact and seeks liberty to raise his objections before the Court below on the closure report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make his objections on the report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, if he is so advised.
