2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition pending File No.K1/29623/2019 on the file of the respondent office dated 16.12.2019 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent would state that the revision petition of the petitioner would be considered within a reasonable time.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned standing counsel for the respondent and in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to dispose of the revision petition of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
