ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents to consider petitioners representations', dated 10.07.2015 and 02.09.2015 within a stipulated time.

2.It is case of the petitioner that the petitioner and family members are leading a peaceful life in the property situate in Survey No.152/35 at Vulunthagudi for the past 40 years. The petitioner is having water service connection, for which, they have been regularly paying tax to the authorities. At this juncture, in order to get patta, in respect of that property, for the past 10 years, many time, the petitioner's father approached the respondent and the petitioner has also given several representations, but the respondents have not shown any interest to consider the same. Thereafter, the petitioner made representations on 10.07.2015 and 02.09.2015 with regard to issuance of patta in respect of Survey No.152/35. from the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2015 and 02.09.2015 with regard to issuance of patta and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion about the merits of the case. 5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
