Seeking mandamus, to direct the respondents 3 & 4 to take appropriate action as against the respondents 5 to 7, by considering his representation dated 22.01.2024, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the official respondents submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7 with regard to the pathway. Based on a complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry in CSR No.17 of 2024 has been conducted and it is closed on 24.01.2024.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the report to the petitioner within a period of one week enabling the petitioner to file an application before the concerned Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. No costs.
