This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District to recall NBW issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.856 of 2010 dated 10.07.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that NBW has been executed and the petitioner viz., Vijayan has been remanded and taken into custody on 13.03.2016.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
