For Petitioner : Mr.R.Alagumani For Respondent : Mr.R.Sivakumar for R1 to R3 Government Advocate (Crl. side) COMMON ORDER Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3865 of 2019 has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to take necessary steps to find out the petitioner's son by name Sagul Hameed relating to the case in Crime NO.29 of 2019 on the file of the respondent No.3 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4395 of 2019 has been filed seeking adequate necessary police protection to the petitioner's son and the petitioner's family members by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.02.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.03.2019, direction was issued to the Investigating Officer herein to enquire the representation that has been made by the petitioner seeking police help and even after a lapse of more than two years, it appears that the representation was not considered so far. Let the Investigating Officer comply the order that has been passed by this Court in this matter.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though trial has been taken up by the PCR Court, Tiruchirappalli in the above said matter he has received phone calls from unknown number making threat. Even today, the threat exists. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that two witnesses have been examined so far. The petitioner has been examined as PW1 before the trial Court in this matter. Let the representation be disposed of by the first respondent herein, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy 2/3

of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the persons at whose hands the petitioner has experienced threat. The petitioner can also move the trial Court before which the matter is pending seeking similar direction.

5.With the above said directions, these criminal original petitions stand disposed of.
