Suba, aged 5 years before this Honourable Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.V.Malaiyendran, Advocate for the Petitioner, Thiru.A.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents, and of Thiru. Vishnuvarthan, Advocate for the third respondents and this Court made the following order: The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that now the third respondent is willing to settle all the loans and also ready and willing to live with the petitioner. In the above circumstance he is directed to file an affidavit to that effect.

Both the Petitioner and the third respondents are directed to appear before this Court on 08/10/2021.
