ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation in Crime No: 68/2023 on the file of 3rd respondent from 2nd respondent to any other investigation agency under the supervision of 1st respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police registered the FIR in Crime No.68 of 2020 and the Final Report was presented before the PCR Court, Ramanathapuram, as mistake of fact on 16.03.2023.

3. Perusal of CD file shows that RCS notice was not served upon the petitioner. The RCS notice shall be served upon the petitioner, so that he can workout the remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed as infructuous.
