ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents Nos. 1 to 3 to look into the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2021 and prevent the respondents No.4 to 6 from doing illegal activities in connection with AI Jamia Ju Aamas 1/3
Jidhu Sunnathwal Jamath, till the completion of the election process in connection with order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3845 of 2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private respondents are the members of the afore said Jamath. The members of the Jamath tried to conduct election, Due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the election could not be conducted. By taking advantage of this situation, the respondents 4 to 6 in the name of renovation they demolished the Matharasa building which is inside the mosque without permission from anyone and they are doing illegality by collecting amount from the general public. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 08.04.2021 to the concerned respondent. Till now the representation was not considered by the concerned respondent.
Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.13512 of 2021, during the course of investigation, the private respondents have given a statement that till the completion of the election process they will not make any maintenance work and other changes inside the premises. The said undertaking was accepted by the petitioner and he also given a statement that no further action is required on his representation. Hence, the said representation was closed on 25.07.2021.
4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No Costs.
