ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Despite boycott and in the absence of his advocate, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to argue the matter in person and he has also made an endorsement stating that he is revoking vakalat which is in favour of his Advocate. Permission is granted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.It appears that though the respondents 4 to 6 have been served and represented through Mr.R.T.S.Ramasubramanian, learned counsel, there

is no representation on behalf of them. Further, they have not filed counter affidavit disputing the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. Therefore, we are not inclined to adjourn the matter any further.

3.Considering the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner, the authority concerned is directed to take action to remove the encroachment in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Tanks and Eviction of Encroachment Act, 2007. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
